Overall Appears to be in Pretty Good Condition. The Vinyl top shows weathering and should be replaced. Tires are good. This car has been in storage for several years, and was towed to our facility. Items are sold as is/where is. 10% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices 4.5% sales tax will be charged on all items. 4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions. Item Pickup will be at the New DDA Headquarters between Miller and St. Lawrence, SD. Shipping is available, however ALL shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. $15 per box shipped handling fee will be charged. On single items purchases, we may be cheaper on the handling charge. All invoices MUST be paid within 3 business days, no exceptions. If you are picking your items up in person, you must do so during the designated pickup times unless prior arrangements are made. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. Auctioneers reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

Dacotah Diamond Auctions accepts cash and check for payment. Credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee. Sales tax charged on all purchases. 10% buyers premium on all lots. Payment due within 3 business days. Shipping will be determined on an individual basis, determined by shipping destination and items being shipped. All shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping an be arranged by calling us. Shipping costs plus a $15 handling fee per box shipped will be charged to the buyer. On single-item purchases, we may be able to do the handling fee a bit cheaper. Pickup is to be done on pickup day. If you cannot make it, please call in advance and make prior arrangements. If there is no attempt to pickup or pay for your items you have 30 days otherwise the item will be resold. Pickup will be at the DDA Headquarters, just west of St. Lawrence, SD on Hwy 14. Alternate pickup available in Sioux Falls at one location, as well as Rapid City at a later date. Please call for details.
